Overview

VidyaVault is a comprehensive educational resource platform designed to organize, categorize, and deliver study materials, notes, and academic content for students with speed and ease of access.

Problem & Motivation

Students often face difficulty accessing organized academic resources, leading to scattered study materials across multiple platforms without centralized access or search capability.

Engineering Goals

• Create a centralized, searchable academic resource hub • Provide intuitive categorization for subjects, semesters, and branches • Build responsive, high-performance web and mobile-friendly interfaces

Implementation Details

• Built with Next.js App Router for dynamic routing and fast rendering • MongoDB for structured document storage and query filtering • Responsive user interface crafted with Tailwind CSS

Challenges & Mitigations

• Designing flexible schema models to handle various resource types (PDFs, links, notes) • Implementing performant client-side filtering and full-text search

Results & Impact

• Successfully built and deployed educational portal with seamless navigation • Clean content organization enabling quick access to semester study materials
